Power Connectors   back to home: www.xseries.org
These are the power connectors commonly used on IBM servers and rack equipment
Pictures are shamlessly copied from www.quail.com and IBM documentation.
Quail Electronics is an excellent option to source custom power cords from.
www.stayonline.com is another excellent source for customer power cords.

          Notes: aka IEC 320-C13/C14
This plug can operate as 110v or 208v
          depending on the equipment design

Note: The biggest difference between the 363 and the 360 is simply the guide pin (European standard on the 363). These should be interchangable.

          Notes on the nomenclature:
The first position is the number of pins (3 in this case)
360P6W 360R6W or 360C6W Next is the amps (60 in this case)
    IEC 309 2P+G (60a)   Next is P for plug, R or C for recepticle (R = wall mount, C = whip end)
Next is the clock position of the recepticle ground pin (6 o'clock in this case)
      Next is W for watertight

Note: All of the IEC-309's look very similar. The head on configuration of the pins is the distinguishing feature. This picture gives a good visual of the size and shape of the connectors.
